SOC was established in 2001, until then the company has successfully delivered M&E services for more than 300 programs and grants on behalf of donors and international organizations.
These services have been performed by SOC core team of more than 30 qualified and professional evaluators; SOC has established highly efficient operations in terms of managing logistics, security, visa, travel arrangements, and insurance.
In 2003 we established a professional implementation mechanism and approach to deal with the unexpected day to day challenges, our aim was to establish a professional international scale body to help vulnerable groups; women, children and disabled people to enhance their living conditions. We attained a respect for and desire to operate a successful business capable of growing in that environment and making the world a better place.
With bases in Iraq and Jordan our target was to cover the MENA region, during our 15 years of experience we developed professional skills in international trading methods and monitoring and evaluation of plants and projects due to the many training courses, seminars as well as participating in international fairs in Europe and other parts of the World.
The relationships of the key corporate management staff were established through our work together in various fields of Trading and mainly in the food and non-food at different locations in the world including the MENA, and Europe.
