Vocational Training and Capacity Building

Our hands-on and participatory training methods focus on exercises that reinforce learning processes. We are renowned for adopting modern educational and capacity building approaches, such as group work, peer research, learner-led presentations, simulation activities, field visits, and role play. The main goal of our training activities is to build the capacities of individuals working as managerial and social development practitioners, government officials, and NGOs staff and their soft and hard skills in project management.

Those skills include strategic planning, budgeting, coordination and communication, tasks distribution, reporting, use of IT tools and software.

At SOC, we understand the importance of creating a tailored vocational training program that meets the client’s needs and the project’s scope of work. We provide business development training courses for selected beneficiaries, which are designed to better equip them with the necessary skills to qualify them for the job market. To ensure the training meets the needs of the beneficiaries, our team at SOC conducts market research and decides on the most suitable training curricula based on the findings as well as the beneficiary preferences in any specific subject area. In close cooperation with our clients, we aspire to develop a comprehensive training course that provides the beneficiaries with the necessary skills that will help them improve their living conditions. SOC also takes feedback from participants and conducts regular satisfaction surveys to ensure that the courses are up to the required standard.
